- Fees will be refunded after a deduction of Rs.500/- from the amount payable within 15 days of the final deadline for submitting the admission form.
- Fees will be refunded after a Rs.1,000 processing fee is removed if the application is received within 30 days of the deadline for filing the application.

Both the deadline for submitting an application without a late charge and the deadline for submitting an application with a late fee must be considered. Any late fees, however, will not be reimbursed.
