There are no Entrance exams for the BLIS program you can take the admission directly if they meet the eligibility criteria. There are registration fees for the course in IGNOU Rs. 300/- for the general/ open category and for the other categories the fees is Rs. 200/-. After the registration students need to pay the amount of the course and where this course is one year so the payment of the course is Rs. 7,900/-.
