Printed Study Material:

Despite the fact that it offers MBA courses over the internet, the university meets the self-study demands of all of its students. Students have the option of receiving printed books, which will be delivered to the address given on their application form. Students must pay an additional fee at the time of enrolment if they want printed study materials.

Online Study Material:

IGNOU offers a variety of digital resources for self-study to students. Students can use the eGyankosh portal to access a repository of books and research papers. Aside from that, IGNOU offers its own mobile app where you can search for and download books in PDF format. The IGNOU e-content app is the IGNOU mobile application for online study materials, which is easily accessible through the Playstore.

Weekend Counseling Sessions:

IGNOU offers weekend counselling or introductory meetings to students to explain the institution and the programme. Students will attend weekend counselling sessions at their local centre for six weeks.

Audio and Visual Lectures:

In comparison to the past, IGNOU has achieved remarkable strides. Audio and visual lectures are available at the university, and students can attend them on the following platforms:

Radio Lectures:

IGNOU hosts a number of interactive sessions in collaboration with All India Radio and Phone-In Services. Gyankosh, GyanDarshan, Gyanvani, and a variety of other programmes are offered to introduce you to the curriculum.

Assessments

At IGNOU, students' progress will be measured by exams and assignments. Students in any topic will be given questions to answer as well as practicals to complete as projects. Students are expected to do well on both assignments and term-end tests.

Assignments

IGNOU accepts assignments from all classes, and they must be submitted on time to be considered for final exams. Each subject's course assignments and due dates are listed on the official IGNOU website. IGNOU is liable for 30% of the effort, and students must be supervised. Students can apply online or visit a regional centre near them to fill out an application.

Examinations

Exams are held twice a year, in June and December. Exams account for 70% of a student's grade in each class, and students who fail a test can reapply in the next cycle. If you failed to give the examinations in June, for example, you can reapply in December.
