What is the last date of IGNOU EMBA Admissions 2024?

IGNOU has begun the registration process for the new admission cycle for the January 2024 session. The last date to apply online for this session is 31st January. Students can apply for various bachelor’s, master’s, diploma, postgraduate diploma, and certificate courses (both program and honours courses). Students interested can apply till the last date according to IGNOU guidelines. All the candidates must check the eligibility criteria for the program before applying for admission, otherwise their registration will be cancelled.

Steps To Apply for IGNOU Executive MBA Entrance (OPENMAT)

1. Check Your Eligibility

The first step in applying for the IGNOU EMBA courses is to check the eligibility criteria for the specialization you want to choose. All the specializations of IGNOU EMBA demand work experience in the relevant field and you can check the criteria either on the official website of IGNOU or on the website of its partner university. The candidates require at least 2-3 years of work experience along with a bachelor’s degree to apply for IGNOU EMBA programs.

2. Visit the Official website

When you visit the official website you will get the option of "Register Online" you do not have to choose the option of "Fresh Admission", instead choose the option of Entrance Exam. Click on the option of entrance exam and then on the landing page you will get the option of OPENMAT examination form.

3. Fill in the Details

You have to fill in all your details in the application form including details of the program chosen, contact details, etc. Also, submit the necessary documents along with the details. In the end, submit it after submitting entrance exam fees.

4. Download the Admit Card

IGNOU uploads its admit card before the exam on its official website. Candidates are required to check the website timely to check both the admission dates and admit cards. You must download your admit cards because you have to bring them along with you to the exam centre.

5. Stay Present on the Examination Date

Check the examination date and your centre on the admit card. Also, it is important for you to keep your admit card with yourself while going to give the exam in the examination centre otherwise your entry will be denied.

Earlier the last date to submit the OPENMAT application form was 25th March 2023. However, IGNOU has postponed its deadline for fresh admissions in all the courses till 15th September 2023.
