Analyses

In theoretical courses, evaluation is divided into two components: I continual assessment via assignments, and ii) Term End Examination. As a result, all assignments in a course receive a 30% weighting, while the Term-End Examination receives a 70% weighting. To successfully finish a course, you must get at least 40% in continuous evaluation (assignments) and at least 40% in the term-end examination.

Tasks

Assignments are available on the IGNOU's official website. Assignments serve as a kind of continual evaluation. Assignments must be submitted prior to the due date in order to prevent any constraints during the term-end assessment. The grades you get on your assignments will be factored toward your final grade. As assignments account for 30% of your total grade.

Examination at the End of the Term

Term-end examinations are held twice a year at the University, in June and December. You may sit for the examination only once you have completed the course. As previously indicated, the term-end examination is the primary component of the grading system, accounting for 70% of the overall score. You must complete and submit your term-end examination form prior to the deadlines.
