What Is The Last Date Of IGNOU Re- Registration Admissions (January) 2023?

IGNOU Academic procedure is undertaken twice in a year, July & January. Currently Re-Registration 2023 January procedure is ongoing and the admission window is open. Re- registration is basically for the existing students of IGNOU who want to enter next year, for that students need to Re-Register themselves. Re-Registration is also for the candidates who have left the course in between and for rejoining the educational journey they want to register and start. The last date for applying is 15th January 2023.

Re -Registration Facts :

  • If a student is failed in previous year then they can Re-Register themselves and can seat for re-examination.
  • Assignment & Practical Neglection will not allow students for Re-Registration.

IGNOU Admission portal is conducting Re-Registration Procedure for the students who want to apply for the admission. There is only Online Mode which is followed by university after covid, as before covid students where allowed to visit their regional centre and Re-register themselves as the portal also was active who are unable to visit the centres.

IGNOU Re - registration fee requires just to pay the remaining fee amount which is bifurcated according to program a student selected for their degree pursuing, say for example if a student has enrolled for BSc program and the program fee is 30000 for 3 years then students will have to pay the fee in 3 parts which is 10 thousand each year. Also if student has already paid their fees then they can just re -register and confirm their registration procedure.

The most important part in the admission procedure for Re-registration is archiving the Enrollment Number as well as the password. Majority of the time students forget or lose the password and the process gets difficult for them. There are some alternative options available for the students to retrieve passwords so keep in mind that if you forget the password then save the email and active mobile number through which the registration procedure can be resumed once again.
