IGNOU January Registration Deadline Has Been Extended, Know Details Here

Indira Gandhi National Open University has extended the admission registration deadline once again. According to the official tweet of the IGNOU officials, the new registration ending date will be the 20th of February 2023.

 One of the largest distance and open universities in the country, IGNOU has extended the registration deadlines for all the courses covered under UG and PG levels. Students can easily fill out the registration forms for their desired courses till the 20th of February, 2023 through the official website of the varsity.

According to the official tweet of IGNOU, the university has said that it has extended the admission registration last date from the 10th of February to the 20th of February 2023. It’s a huge relief for the students who are waiting for some extension from the University for the Admission Procedure.

Students can visit the IGNOU ODL program SAMARTH portal which is ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. Those who want to get registered for online courses can reach the official webpage of IGNOU online admission which is ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. Earlier the last date for admission or registration to various courses was the 10th of February, 2023.

Candidates need to follow all the admission guidelines of the university that are provided on the website of IGNOU which is ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

 Steps for IGNOU January Session Registration Procedure

• First of all, visit the admission webpage of the Indira Gandhi National Open University which is ignou.ac.in or ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
• Then, hit the link “New Registration.”
• After that, provide all the details carefully.
• Input username and password for login
• Pay the application fee as needed.
• Now, you need to download the confirmation page and then take a printout of the same for future reference.

 Information about IGNOU Placement Drive

Apart from admission process, IGNOU is going to conduct a placement drive on the 15th of February. The registration window for the same will be open between 9:30 to 10:30 morning. A pre-placement talk will also be held at the IGNOU Convention Centre, Maidan Garhi. Students who are in the final year of their courses can easily take benefit of the same by visiting the IGNOU main campus.  This placement drive is being conducted for Air India SATS and APTARA.
