Printed Study Materials

Despite the fact that the University offers online MBA courses, it meets all of the university's self-study standards. Students can have printed materials delivered to the address listed on their application form. Students will have to pay an extra charge when they are admitted if they want printed materials.

Online Study Material:

IGNOU provides students with a variety of digital study aids. Students can use the eGyankosh portal to access a storehouse of study materials and research work. You can also use the IGNOU mobile app to search for and download PDF books. The IGNOU e-content application is a smartphone app for online studies on the Playstore.

Weekend Counselling

In order to clarify facts about universities and programmes, IGNOU gives weekend counselling or orientation meetings to students. Students will participate for six weeks in their local centre weekend counselling sessions.

Audio and Visual Lectures:

Compared to earlier times, IGNOU has achieved significant advances. Audio and visual lectures are available at the university and students can participate on the following platforms:

• Broadcasting Via DD1, All India Radio
• Screening of Lectures at Study Centers
• Recording which can be purchased
• Live Lectures on platforms like SWAYAM etc.

Radio Lectures:

IGNOU hosts a number of interactive sessions in collaboration with All India Radio and Phone-In Services. Gyankosh, GyanDarshan, Gyanvani, and a variety of other programmes are offered to introduce you to the curriculum.

Assessments

The performance of a student at IGNOU is evaluated by means of tests and tasks. As tasks, pupils receive answers to questions and practise. In both their academics and their term assessments, students are expected to be excellent.

Assignments

The IGNOU students are obliged to provide tutorials and must be supplied on time for their inclusion in the final exam. The main website of IGNOU displays courses and schedules by topic. IGNOU covers 30 percent of the task and student surveillance is required. Students are allowed to apply for scholarships online or in a regional centre near them.

Examinations

Exams are held in June and December each year. Exams represent 70 per cent of the degree of a student in each subject and students who fail might apply again in the next cycle. If you failed the June exams, for example, you can reapply in December.
