The Indira Gandhi National Open University is set to start 18 new programs from this July session of 2022. The university is ready to offer these courses under various segments be it UG, PG, PG Diploma, and Certificate Levels; an official news release by IGNOU said. 

IGNOU will introduce 3 postgraduate (PG) and one Undergraduate (UG) course along with nine PG diplomas and 5 certificate-level courses. 

New Courses Will Offer From July 2022

IGNOU will start these provided courses from this July admission session.

PG courses 

MSc in Food Safety and Quality Management

MA in Hindi Vyavsayik Lekhan 

MA in Vedic Studies

Undergraduate Program

BA (Vocational Studies) in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

PG Diploma Programs 

The university will also provide PG Diploma programs in these disciplines:

• Electronic Media
• British Literature
• New Literature in English
• The Novel
• Vastu Shastra
• Industrial Safety
• American Literature
• Writings from India and writings from margins etc.

New Certificate Programs

• Smart City Development and Management 
• Gender in Law
• Gender Science 

Students can get admission to these programs in July sessions as the course details are already published on the website of IGNOU that can be accessed using ignou.ac.in. The varsity has already released the dates for June TEE that will commence on July 22 and will conclude on September 5, 2022. Students can download their admit cards using the official webpage of IGNOU.
