In IGNOU the entire distance education fee of the MBA in System and operations is Rs. 2,12,440. It is notable for offering economic distance courses in the MBA. The University has its own selection criteria to provide system and operations with distance MBA admissions. Students are required to take the IGNOU entry examination; OPENMAT is taken and selected based on OPENMAT results.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any discipline

Students must pass all bachelor's examinations in any discipline to apply to the IGNOU MBA in operations and systems. In order for students to become eligible for the programme, they must also have obtained a minimum of 55 per cent marks in order to obtain their degree from a respected university. But pupils will not be selected on the basis of a degree alone. They must be examined and qualified for the OPENMAT entrance exam. Course Duration

Placement

Students receive weekends counselling sessions, and students from all programmes are offered these sessions. Around six counselling sessions are arranged in the centre for each subject on weekends.

Assignments

IGNOU is assigned by all students in each subject and must be submitted before the last day of the examination. The tasks can be found along with the last date on IGNOU's official website. IGNOU weighs these tasks 30 per cent, and students must maintain up to date with all their details. At their regional centre, students can either submit assignments online or offline.

Exams

In January and December, IGNOU takes examinations in two academic cycles. Each semester's exams take a weight of 70 per cent and if a student is unsuccessful then he or she may examine during the next cycle.
