IGNOU BCA Online Exam Fee Payment

Students of BCA are required to submit the examination form along with the examination fees. It is a requirement for you to submit the examination form in order to be eligible to sit for the BCA course examination. In this Program guide, you'll find a copy of the examination form that you can fill out. Make a photocopy of this form and keep it on hand for future reference. One form must be submitted for all courses in one term-end examination, rather than multiple forms for each course. Students are required to fill in the detai;ls in the examination form and the filled examination form is to be submitted to either The Registrar, SED, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi - 110068 or at the concerned Regional Centre, or any other IGNOU Regional Centre in the country or can apply online.

To avoid a late fee, examination forms must be submitted by the 31st March for the June Term-End Examination and by the 30th September to be included in the December Term-End Examination. In the following cases, examination forms are accepted without the payment of a late fee. After the given time, students will be charged from the late fees. IGNOU BCA Registration Fees

At the time of admission, a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 200/- (unless otherwise specified) will be charged in addition to the program fee for the first semester/year, which is non-transferable. The registration fee will not be refundable at the time of cancellation.

Students who request cancellation of admission and a refund of tuition will have their requests taken into consideration in accordance with the University's refund policy, which is outlined as follows:

A. After deducting Rs.200/- from the total amount of the fee paid before the deadline for submission of the admission form, the money will be refunded.
B. Fees will be refunded after deducting Rs.500/- from the amount due within 15 days of the last date for submission of the admission form.
C. Fees will be refunded after deducting a Rs.1,000/- processing fee if the application is received within 30 days of the deadline for submitting the application.
D. Both the last date for submitting an admission form without late fee and the last date for submitting an admission form with a late fee will be taken into consideration. There will be no refund for any late fees, however.

Candidates will submit a written request for a refund to the Regional Director responsible in the cases of (a) to (c) on the list above. When the RC has determined that the funds have been credited to IGNOU Accounts, the cases will be processed as soon as possible.

When it comes to the Bachelor's Degree Program based on the CBCS, students will be registered or pay registration fee on a year-by-year basis, though courses will be offered on a semester-by-semester basis.
